A comprehensive study is carried out:
- independent external diagnostics and identification of real factors and causes reducing business efficiency, through
- research and analysis of the psychological and emotional climate, processes and interactions of employees in the organization.
- various multifactorial methods for assessment and diagnosis of organizational structure, effectiveness of business processes are used, interviews are conducted with employees and managers at all levels.
Analysis of the results and determination of participants' estimates is carried out in accordance with the technology developed and tested in practice.
Evaluation outcome is formed in a report that shows strengths and weaknesses of the organization and contains recommendations for change that allow the organization to improve specific aspects of its activity and more effectively carry out its tasks.
